Freezing issues

I bought this phone about 2 months ago. It freezes up on the home screen often to where I have to turn my phone off to unfreeze it. The camera flashes a lot. The screen is grainy. I upgraded from the note 10 plus. I think I miss my old phone.

There us some apps that I use to have on my s23 ultra. That the s24 ultra don't open. I show now they ate incompatible with this phone. That's why I give 4 stars,also the email runing all the time on the background.

So Far the phone is performing as Advertise. If you want to use photos by taking items out the way or delete them all completely from the photo. You will to have to practice a lot, but it does work Not that easy. I do have a small glitch having to double. Click screen to open am.

Good trade-in program.. at first I didn't think the new display was better until I changed the resolution to the highest setting.. then it appeared actually to be clear er. I prefer to use a laptop instead of a phone so the phone has to be very very easy to read meaning extra sharp display no compromises...
