Amazing phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this phone since launch, and I absolutely love it. It is strong, fast and takes great photos. Battery life and even the sound quality is great as well. Not a thing I would change about it, and it gets better and better each new update.

I am use apple over 10 years. When i switch to samsung 3 years ago. Very love it. I hates to use apple phone.

Great phone but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G is a great phone but like any product there could be a few things done better. One of the biggest issues is the camera, starting with the flash. Occasionally the flag will hang and stay on until you leave the app completely. The zoom could also be smoother. The touchscreen gets a little finicky around the edges and the slightest movement during a touch will either cause it to not register or move the screen (i.e. from the home screen to the app tray or go from the top of a web page all the way to the bottom of the page). These minor things aside all in all the phone is very good at it's main purpose and the is productivity.
