Great upgrade

The camera is awesome and the remaster setting is so helpful.

Battery life and ai

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the battery life on my S24 Ultra. It will last more than a day when I'm listening to music and/or watching shows. The AI features are also nice, especially when I'm editing a photo or translating something onscreen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new S24 Ultra. It's processing speed is in my opinion the best there is right now. I love the camera. The pictures are clear and vibrant. I also use the circle to search AI feature all the time. It's fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a better device. I love streaming videos and taking videos. It is so smooth I can't believe it. It takes no time at all to download and upload videos,music ,and pictures. Like I said. By far the best phone Samsung has ever made and that I have ever owned!

Big Problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most aspects of the phone are fine and the Galaxy AI has no problems performing. The camera features are exceptional. However, it does not connect to Google. It may connect intermittently, but 90% of the time, I cannot
Use Google Maps or open anything that involves Google, and the phone is very slow when it does access anything on the Internet. it is a huge disappointment. I took it back to the store today and they are replacing it with a new one. Multiple attempts at multiple T mobile stores could not fix the problem. It's been a very serious inconvenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're on the fence, go ahead and jump on the S24 Ultra. Fantastic device all the way around. My wife is hung up on that other company's phones but she may be getting a Samsung next time. Sitting in the same vehicle, side by side, it seems every day we run into a situation where I have service and she doesn't. We're on the same plan! Side by side on the same tower, and the S24 Ultra beats the brakes off you know who's !phone. She was also enamored when a spider built a web across the top of our front door and I asked Galaxy AI what kind of spider it was and it told me to line the camera up and then it gave us a full run down on what kind of orb weaver we had catching mosquitoes! Also, battery life is insanely good and I picked up a 45W Samsung brick and that super fast charge 2.0 is NUTS. If you're on the go and only have 3 to 5 minutes to chill at a plug, it'll get you several percent quick fast and in a hurry even with the ultra having this massive battery inside. Im gonna end it like I started, 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Convenience, ease, versatility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S24 Ultra is a prime example of convenience, ease, and versatility. The AI feature makes it very intuitive and helpful. From live translate to finding information online with the Circle Search. I also appreciate the AI feature in the gallery where it fixes the right things for your photo if prompted.
The S Pen has been a life saver! I sometimes don't have my tablet but the S Pen and synchronisation between my galaxy devices, I can edit my documents or create new notes using the S Pen for precision and comfort.
The camera is truly uncontested. I absolutely love the camera and its features! Whether I'm infront of the prospected image or 50 feet away, the camera comes in clutch (very effective)!
I also appreciate the fast charging system. Sometimes, I'm running late and I forget to charge my phone, but the fast charging is a life saver! And the battery lasts forever!
