[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gadget was excellent; it could take beautiful photographs, and it had a really useful and gemini feature the galaxy Ai where you could hold down the power button and circle around to locate the details. Hello, that's awesome. I used it to help write me a code among other things, and the camera 100x was amazing. I adore the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

So I just bought the ultra 24. This is a very expensive phone so you expect everything to be much better than the old phone. My old phone is a Note 9 in which I have to trade in today. I realized all the pictures are much more vivid when compared to the ultra 24 same pictures. I just don't understand it! I've searched online and everyone is having the same problem. They say change the eye Comfort setting. None of that is a fix. I literally have my note 9 pictures side by side with the very same pictures on the ultra. And the ultra 24 has whitewashed, washed out looking photos.
Please tell me what can be done. Because at this point I am not satisfied. Paying so much money for a phone that has inferior picture quality. Videos look washed out as well!
