I was expecting better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Samsung 24 Ultra. I had heard so much bragging from Samsung on the Ultra that I had to wait for the release instead of getting the 24 Plus.
The first thing I noticed was the size, which is impressive. Secondly was that it was lacking an 1/8 inch input, so Bluetooth only, which was a bit of an aggravation. Third was the camera. The camera was supposed to be super amazing, and it does have some great features, but there is a fuzzy background to pictures. Almost pixelated. 5 camera lenses and distorted pictures. I take lots of pictures with the phone and it doesn't even take the overall quality of the S10 Plus that I had previously, in my opinion.

There isn't a whole lot of room on the phone either as far as storage. To make that more aggravating, Samsung took away the possibility of a micro SD card insertion.
I'm including a photo to show the distortion that I mentioned.

As far as the storage, we recommend storing some of your data on the cloud using Samsung Cloud. Samsung Cloud allows you to backup, sync, and restore content stored on your device. You'll never lose anything important to you and can seamlessly view photos across all devices. If you replace your phone, you won't lose any of your data because you can copy it across using Samsung Cloud. Great Upgrade from S22 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to recently upgrade my phone from the S22 Ultra to the S24 Ultra. I'm definitely glad that I did. Galaxy AI has been a slight learning curve, however it's been very useful. To be able to take pictures of documents and letters and Galaxy AI deciphers all of the words, to being able to edit pictures like never before. The screen has improved (especially the brightness), as well as overall battery life.
Overall, I'm very impressed with the Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy AI.

Excellent camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took a cruise in December, while docked in Curaçao I was able to zoom in on some photos and clearly see vehicles going across the main bridge. Galaxy AI is also a great feature.

I use my phone for all things work and entertainment. I can multi task, take note, pictures, videos, read, attend meetings, watch movies, read the news, and so much more. Since I have started using the Galaxy AI, I am able to find more information about things that are important to me, fact check articles, and correct my grammar! The list of things that I can do with my phone is endless. Just use your imagination.

This model has amazing new features!

I use this phone daily along with galaxy Ai to make my work scheduling a lot easier for work. This phone has been a game changer for me. I am able to game at a high speed level thanks to the engineering.
