Great / Sturdy Phone

It's AI integration makes my life and work easier! I can work from anywhere using my phone. The pen is a plus, an ultra! I use it to complete my spreadsheets and updates when needed.

Great phone but camera needs an update

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is a beast! Battery lasts me literally all day long with heavy usage. The screen is vibrant and the colors really pop. The sound quality from the speakers is phenomenal. To the point my housemates think it's from an expensive portable speaker. Now for the camera. While it does it's job. Some photos are washed out and oversaturated. The also sometimes come out blurry and the auto focus doesn't focus quick enough. Even with clean lenses. When it does work like it's supposed to. The picture quality is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung S24 Ultra. It has great apps. IS totally reliable for use with work. I use it to log my hours and keep track of my schedule. The included pen makes taking notes a breeze. And Galaxy AI is very helpful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use my device to stay in contact with friends and family, as well as to take pictures. The camera quality is fantastic. The keyboard and adaptive learning, as far as words and speech pattern, are abysmal. It's so bad that I prefer to send voice messages when possible instead of fighting with the phone to type what I'd like to say.
For streaming and video watching, the graphics are impeccable. The only downside is that YouTube overclocks the battery and often causes the phone to overheat and the battery to drain rapidly.
Aside from these things, I'm relatively pleased with my phone, and motivated to actually start taking advantage of some of the advanced features such as AI. I wish that Google and Samsung services didn't compete so aggressively for the same functions, because I'm often forced to pick between the two, which decreases the overall use experience, since samsung devices are designed to work more efficiently with Samsung apps, however, Google apps compete pretty heavily for these services.

Speed is up to date, very few crashes.
