Not been a great experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to the new S24 Ultra from the Note 20 Ultra 5G and unfortunately have not been happy with it. Mostly to do with playing games on the S24. Game crashes and freezing apparently related to new hardware not compatible has been extremely frustrating and no fix is available yet. Contacted Samsung about it and was told no issues have been reported even though their own community forums have multiple posts about it. Other than that the phone works like a phone and looks great. I also like the Galaxy AI with this phone and found that helpful with learning to use my new phone.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra is similar to a Note, but it's newer and improved, offering the Galaxy AI experience. It enables you to overcome language barriers with Live Translate, enhance details in low light with Nightography Zoom, and search more effectively using Circle to Search with Google. The camera on the S24 Ultra has been significantly improved, featuring a 200MP main camera lens compared to 12MP on the Note20, 4x optical-level zoom options compared to 1x, and enhanced Space Zoom that can magnify images up to 100x compared to 30x. The device still boasts a massive 6.8” display and includes the embedded S Pen for note-taking. Discover the most epic Galaxy yet and do more with it. If your phone is slowing down and freezing, it would be best to get a self-diagnostics with the Samsung Members app. You can diagnose various factors that could be causing your device to slow down, such as battery or power status. Open the Samsung Members app > Tap Phone Diagnostics in the Support tab > Tap the icon for the feature you’d like to test or tap Test All. Also, updating your software to the latest version can help improve your Galaxy device’s performance as it increases compatibility and provides bug fixes as well as security patches. Step 1. Open Settings > Tap Software update. Step 2. Tap Download and Install> Tap Install now. Check out the link attached for additional options that should help optimize your S24 Ultras performance. Between the upgraded camera and the upgraded chipset I could not ask for a better phone ( except an s25 ultra!). I have always stuck with samsung wether it be a flagship or a budget friendly phone or the samsung tv hanging on my wall, they've always stood out over the competition. No complaints, keep up the great work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI is amazing but is just the cherry on top. The screen is amazing coming from the 23 ultra. I like the anti glare and the flat screen. It has taken a beating and doesn't have a scratch. Best is the battery life. 2 days of battery with no power save going on. Just the best
