The screen clarity is great. It is a rugged design. I use it for watching movies, filming and great picture taking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall,I really love the S24 ultra and I really love the stylus. I haven't used it to its fullest capabilities yet.
The only negative thing off the top of my head I can say was voice to text feature wasn't automatically turned on and it wasn't easy to figure out (for me).
Other than that,I have no issues with this phone. I haven't used GALAXY AI yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is an amazing device. It's more than just a phone. Yes, it's a phone, but it's also plug and go computer (using DEX). It's a gaming handset. It's quick. It cam multtask with no lag and has more than enough storage for today's multimedia needs.
It's got Galaxy AI tools that can be fun, while also productive. Crisp, clean, vibrant and responsive touch screen. And the S-Pen is a game changer!
I'd highly recommend this device, phone, to anyone looking to upgrade their productivity while also enjoying the 'fun' this phone brings to everyday activities.

I got a lemon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the phone comes with a host of new features compared to my old device it also came with a host of problems.
First the good:
Amazing upgraded camera - the remove object feature is so good one probably wouldn't be able to tell if a picture was ever edited
Cool Galaxy AI features - I've used the circle and search feature more than one would think
Good battery life
Love the dual sound - I use it probably on the daily. I don't know how I once lived without it.
The extra dim feature I CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT- 100% love. My eyes have become really sensitive to light to the point were I would sometimes need to wear sunglasses to help with driving in the early morning hours or at night. Needless to say I keep this feature on almost all the time, day or night.

Now the bad:
My phone has randomly frozen at times
The ram or frames per min drastically drops on the regular
I keep getting messages about a magnet interfering with the s pen but I don't have any magnets on or around the phone
No video call feature on the unlocked phones-I miss having it.
