[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received the phone, I was frustrated because the screen was stuck. I had to reboot it, but the fingerprint sensor still didn't work, so I rebooted it again. This left me very frustrated, so I went back to my old phone. My fiancé then took the S24 Ultra, fixed it up, got it past the Samsung Galaxy logo, and connected it to Wi-Fi. Once the phone was properly working, I decided to explore the camera. I must say, I am in love with it. I enjoy taking pictures of myself, my food, and everything I encounter. The S24 Ultra’s camera is excellent, with features like recommending the best shot and angle, a blur feature for focusing on the main subject, and a warning for dirty lenses.One downside is the video feature. When using auto zoom and angle suggestions, the video can jump around, focusing on different parts of the scene and causing glitches. This is likely due to the FlexCam feature, which includes auto zoom to help users capture the best angles. Despite this, I still love my S24 Ultra. I appreciate the command button that brings up Google features like Circle to Search, which allows me to search for text and images without leaving the app. I can also point the phone at something, take a picture, and get information about it. This feature is fantastic, though it sometimes provides incorrect information, necessitating a search on Google Chrome.I also enjoy the Photo Assist feature, which allows me to move objects, zoom in, reframe, and remaster photos with AI

I liked my S21 better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find it annoying that I can't get rid of Galaxy AI.
I upgraded because my S21 was slowing down with every update and I found out after 2 updates the S24 became as slow.
The screen is horrible. It is supposed to be the best screen ever but in less than a month I had scratches on it. I didn't have any scratches on my S21 in 3 years.
The camera is better but that's all I can say.

The S24 Ultra features a rounded back for a more comfortable grip, a unified design with a satin finish for both the back glass and frame, and improved Armor Aluminum for better strength and hardness. It also uses Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for both the front and rear. We understand the importance of protecting your device, which is why Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. Additionally, you have the option to add extra coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, providing extended protection and additional support. You are able to disable or only allow on-device processing for the AI features. There is also a "master switch" to disable all cloud-based processing for the Galaxy AI features. To find this, navigate to Settings, then tap Galaxy AI, and then tap the switch by Process data only on device. Regarding your phone slowing down, we recommend trying a quick optimization using Device Care. The Quick optimization feature improves your device's performance by identifying apps that use excessive battery power. It also clears away unneeded items from memory, deletes unnecessary files, scans for malware, and closes apps running in the background. Optimizing your phone is quick and simple. From Settings, swipe to and tap Device care. Tap Optimize now, and then tap Done. Please note that the Optimization feature will not appear when Device care determines your phone is in Great condition. Very powerful phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from an s21 ultra a bit unexpectedly. But I was pleasantly surpised at this phone from the moment I got it. I love that they got rid of the curved edges to be honest as I didn't like that on my old phone. It's battery life has been incredible so far! I've got all the way into the evening watching videos all day and not once had to worry about my battery which has been so convenient.
I love the new Galaxy AI feature on the camera/photos. It's been SO helpful in removing unwanted stuff from my photos and just helps them look more clean. Expressive feature I didn't know I needed until I used it! Now I'm obsessed with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy S24 Ultra is the fastest phone I've ever had. The built in AI is so helpful it even translates phone calls and speech for text. The browsing assist is pretty cool too. It will summerize web pages and makes them easy to understand, if you need that kind of help, that is. The pen is like the Notes of the past where it stores in the phone. I love that! So many things you can do with the pen. I love this phone
