Best upgrade I've had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new S24 Ultra is definitely a new kind of upgrade. From the camera to the overall feel when holding the phone, to the new Galaxy AI translate feature, the S24 is the best upgrade I've had in a long time.
P.S. The new Galaxy AI system helps me improve all my comments and sentences, making life easier.

Find a different phone! Not worth the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not really happy with this phone, because i have not been able to find anything regarding setting up the phone or troubleshooting online. Have not been able to resolve some problems either. Wishing I could just return it, but that would be too simple!
I have always loved Samsung phones til now, but all the bloatware they crammed onto this phone is really aggravating! It can't be removed, and it's stuff I will never use. Meanwhile, features I want seem to be hidden behind all the AI JUNK!

When you power on your new Galaxy S24 Ultra for the first time, some apps will already be installed. Some of these apps are essential for your device to run correctly and cannot be uninstalled or disabled. However, certain apps that cannot be uninstalled can be disabled. This is because they are useful for everyday use and for the basic functions of your smartphone. Any app that you have downloaded yourself can be uninstalled. Uninstalling an app will completely remove it from your phone. Disabling an app will remove it from the app's screen and stop it from running in the background. Disabled apps will no longer receive updates. Depending on where you bought your device, different apps may be preinstalled. For instance, if you purchase a device from a mobile network, their apps may already be installed on the device. Check out the link attached for detailed instructions on how to do so. Love the camera and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is a fantastic phone. It has a bright, clear screen, fast performance, and best of all the great camera. The battery lasts all day, and the design feels high-quality. Worth the price love the hand motion features. I've had this phone a while and learn something new every day. I did loose my pen and replacement will not synch which is a shame. Also dropped it in water and on floor and no cracks.

I really can't wait to check out the galaxy Ai and what all it can do. It is also similar enough to my note 20 ultra that I know where a lot of stuff is and all. So far I love the phone.

A pretty all around great phone

But that being said, I have and lots others around me keep losing cellular connection which isn't the phone's fault but what is the phone's fault is that it doesn't search for a network after that so we have to toggle airplane mode on and of. But that's the only gripe I have with it. The battery life is excellent, display is amazing, and the camera are also very great. Galaxy AI is also pretty handy like circle to search and stuff. Also editing photos with Galaxy AI is also pretty nifty.

It runs smoothly and seamlessly allows you to swith between apps. It has a great Galaxy AI feature and the processor ob this phone is awesome. I absolutely love it!!
