It lags on specific apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's a lot of things I really love with this phone I really enjoy the circle and search I enjoy the pen even though I don't use it a lot I enjoy the camera sooooooo much it !!! The zoom ib feature and the zoom out and it helps fix the photos and being able to edit photos in the gallery instead of downloading an app and losing the quality it's so helpful I can't get over it I recommend the phone to friends and people a lot! My only concern is sometimes it'll lag on Instagram and tiktok
It happens when I'm scrolling sometimes the audio from the last video will keep playing or it'll just mute the audio I assumed it was only on tiktok so that it's just the app but then it happens with Instagram as well and sometimes the videos will come thru suuuper choppy like it's on dial up 🙃
I have to go out of the app not close it just go out and it'll return to the smooth videos sometimes I have to do this twice like I'm about to switch to another app an just open up insta again
With tiktok how I fix that is I have to close the app an clear the cache or it'll just keep the audio from 3 videos ago
I want to switch it but apparently the process would have me without a phone for 2 weeks which I can't do right now

Great screen and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG this phone is simply amazing. There are so many features that I am still learning. I do believe my favorite feature is the Galaxy AI for the photos and just doodling with the S-Pen. I upgraded from the Flip 5 and I will never go back. That screen is so bright in the sunlight that it doesn't hurt my eyesight. I have a cornea condition and this phone is perfect for me. Thanks Sammy!! ☺️

My favorite phone yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for a while now and I can say it is my favorite phone so far. This phone has a nice size and the pen that it comes with is great for drawing and text draw. The ai features it has are good but I havnt used them for much. The battery life has been good, it last me about 2 to 3 days on average use, but on heavy use probably about a day. I also use a super fast charge to charge the phone and it would charge from 5% to 100% in about an hour. I highly recommend this phone to anyone who likes big phones with alot of power.

The performance and speed is unmatched. The Galaxy AI features make this device a real powerhouse for efficiency. I would recommend the Galaxy S24 Ultra to anyone looking for the best phone on the market!
