Samsung a great one! At least it used to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Samsung believer thru and thru, most of my devices are Samsung. I recently bought a new Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra, and let's just say I am truly disappointed. I have to fight with it daily it loses info and changes settings. I have asked Samsung for help to no avail. Oh and the Galaxy AI, I asked it for help it said get a book. So I'm still here trying to defend Samsung for what it once was.

For example, the camera uses AI Zoom to take better zoom photos. Generative Edit uses AI to fill in backgrounds and move, resize or erase objects. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been extremely happy with this newest iteration of the Galaxy series. Long term note user and this Ultra hits all the "notes". I have been exploring the Galaxy AI features and find them to be helpful so far. But I have only begun to explore all this phone can do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It exceeds my expectations, the camera resolution is great, functionality is top tier, I use it for gaming, streaming, recording, even for work, it's amazing! Its AI capability is awesome!, wether you want to edit pictures or videos it will not disappoint you, i have fun editing with my family since it has so many features, as I said before, I also use it for gaming and is like playing on a TV!, my job requires me to take notes at times and my s24 ultra got me covered on that as well!, the s-pen allowes me to write even if my screen is locked, s24 ultra has so many functions to make your days easier! Yoy won't be disappointed! Get yourselves one to experience great quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned ever Samsung Note device since the Note 3. Every phone has been an excellent and durable device and advanced compared to the competition. I work in construction so they get dirty and knocked around. I have only had one that I broke the screen on, so they are tough!
I haven't used the Galaxy Al much to be able to review that.
The S24 Ultra almost completly replaces my laptop and when I do use my laptop, the S24 Ultra meshes nicely with it. Great device!
