[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for the basics really. Phone calls, text messaging, visiting social media sites and browsing the web. I also enjoy playing games occasionally. When is comes to pictures I like how when you take a picture even of it's a bit dark it automatically brightens the picture. Every picture is a bit better than you'd expect because this phone adjusts what it needs to. The sound quality is amazing and better than on my original galaxy note 10+. I will say that when Google searching AI gives pretty accurate answers with the occasional hit or miss. I'm still delving into all the features but so far the 24 Ultra is a major upgrade and I enjoy this phone. I had my last samsung for 9 years and it still works well. I just wanted an upgrade and Samsung didn't disappoint. I wanted the fold but maybe on my next upgrade.

Best phone I've ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone. I've always been team galaxy starting with the S4. Every generation is better and better. I got this phone specifically to take the best photos possible on a family vacation and I was not disappointed. My friends and family always comment how great my pictures are. Videos look amazing. The night mode is way better than any previous models. I got amazing pictures of both the eclipse and the aurora using night mode. Stars show up in the sky.
Obviously it's a smart device and not just a camera. The other features are just as great. It is fast for any possible use. The colors are bright. The apps look nice and run smooth. I've not had any storage problems. It stays charged all day and charges super fast, even wirelessly. I wish it had the magnet feature other brands just added but they came out after and I can just get a case that does that. The sound quality is great during phone calls or listening to media. Waterproof as expected of galaxy now. If I weren't superstitious I would probably mention how sturdy the phone is against concrete, but I don't want to jinx myself. I didn't think I'd like how big it was, but I love it. I also didn't think I'd use the stylus, but I use it all the time. A feature I'm not sure is new or just new to me is that you can make it 'sound' like vibrate. I never have my ringer on and you can't hear vibrate like you used to. This phone allows you to set a tone that you can hear but is still vibrate. All around best phone ever.

Love this phone

Galaxy AI is very helpful when traveling for hands free listening to voice mails, answering emails, text messages and making phone calls. The ability to have 2 lines on 1 device is perfect for separating business and personal communications.
The camera on the phone is great from taking clear pictures of documents to pictures of scenic rest stops. Crisp clear pictures with amazing colors.
I highly recommend this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone to keep track of appts and managing my family and all there events/schooling/work. I'm a disabled vet, so the AI features really help me out with doing very little. It's hard to type with my disabilities and the AI organizes things and keeps track of everything for me. I have a hard time remembering all that's going on in life with my disabilities. I don't have to write anything down. Depending on the day all I have to do pops right up. If you own a business. This would be very handy. We also have the S9 Tab and other products. We always buy Samsung!

From watching sports, YouTube and social media to using it for work to answer emails and phone calls, the S24 Ultra is a champ and handles it all with little effort! The new AI features are awesome! The real-time translation is great as well as the new camera features. I will continue to enjoy this phone and the 7 years of guaranteed updates!
