Best phone ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is a mini laptop monster. I use this phone more than I do my own desktop computer. Taking pictures with this lens is crazy.I can get up so close to objects. Using the AI on here is also pretty sweet for looking up certain things. Samsung really outdone themselves with this phone.

Best camera out!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone takes the most amazing pictures with it 200 mp camera it is leading from the front with its camera. Whats even better is you don't have to be a photographer to take amazing photos you can littery point and shoot and the phone does the rest. The Galaxy AI pairs amazingly with the camera too. During my most recent camping trip I was able to use Galaxy AI to identify various different plants as I was hiking through the Appilachian Trail. This phone is absolutely next gene and can't be beat!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a long-term Samsung user and by far I have to say that this phone is the best I've ever had. All of the futures including the Galaxy AI to the spectacular photos that it takes have made this phone in my best purchase to date. If I could give it more than five out of 5 stars I would The call clarity is none other the feature to utilize Galaxy AI for phone calls is also fantastic at screening and being able to have phone conversations when you're not able to talk on the phone due to various things. I would highly recommend this product to anybody who enjoys Android or even if they're new to Android because of how user friendly it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from the A54. I run a construction company and needed an amazing camera plus tons of storage and NO LAG. Got all three. I can use my 3-d rendering software with no problem now thanks to the sweet pen is comes with. Wouldn't trade it for the world. The galaxy AI has made all of my posting and advertising so much easier and more professional. Samsung S24 ultra is an amazing phone!

Glitches here and there

If you are encountering challenges with apps freezing or crashing, there are several steps you can take to address the situation. These include clearing the app cache, checking for app compatibility with your device, rebooting your device, optimizing your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and checking for additional updates.
First, make sure that your phone's software is up to date with the latest version available. To do this, go to Settings, tap on Software update/System updates, and then select an available update option. If you have already done this, you can find further options to optimize your S24 Ultra's performance by following the attached link. Additionally, keep in mind that Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. You also have the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which provides extended protection and additional support. If you are experiencing challenges with the home button, try putting your device in safe mode to check if it may be a third-party app causing the situation. To do this, press and hold the Power button until the Power off prompt appears, then release. Next, tap and hold Power off until the Safe Mode prompt appears, and then tap Safe Mode. Your Samsung Galaxy will reboot in Safe Mode, allowing you to test out the Home button. If it is still unresponsive after trying it in safe mode, please reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can further assist you.
