Too many bugs in the software

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time getting into samsung flagship series. The phone has many software issues.
1. Google maps stucks and does not respond to the touch, some times the keypad doesn't show up while pressingon the search bar.
2. After using WhatsApp or Instagram call the phone strucks in on the call mode making alarm does work and ear buds volume does not change
3. Many apps are not running smoothly like Mcdonald app, Facebook etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "Galaxy AI" is amazing I love all the new features I have. I've always liked the Ultra series for Samsung from the epic camera to the S Pen. What sold me was the AI for sure because it can translate for me during calls. This phone is basically my life and computer. I will always stick with Samsung and the Ultra Series.

I am not just saying this . This is a piece of art . The power that people now hold in the palms of there hands . I started many many years ago with a bag phone . Yes its real look it up a phone in a bag..LOL the next jump was a phone called a star tack (flip phone) Then the next big thing was the 1st i phone NOW 2024 WE HAVE THE S24 ULTRA !!!!!!!!! JUST WOW!!!!!!
