I had an issue with the phone running hot while watching YouTube. I had to take time and research this known problem and find a solution from other users. I would not expect a New phone to get hot to the point of it being uncomfortable to hold.

Love my S24 Ultra Orange Case and like that it has a stylus like my old Note. Just wish I could find a sturdy full body case that is clear to show off the color. I have had great success with Samsung phones and this is the most I have ever spent on a phone. But it's supposed to have 7 years of upgrades. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a beautiful phone. The performance is great, it's smooth, and the camera is amazing. Mainly I love the Samsung ecosystem now. There are a tons of things I didn't know about. For example if you take a video you can send a share link to someone so they can access the video you took and download it from the Samsung cloud so they get the full quality. You also have apps like Goodlock on the Samsung store that let you modify key parts of the android UI in awesome ways (such as enabling multiple audio streams at once across apps).

Great quality. Infinite unique features (I am still figuring them out). The camera is beyond my expectations. The phone is super fast and the screening quality is just prefect. The battery can last one day. One of the few things to improve is the AI as it does not work that well, the interpreter, for example, gives senseless translations some times.
