Simply not as good or useful as the Note 20 ...

What a HUGE disappointment! At best an extremely small performance boost while sacrificing some of the things wanted in an expensive phone. Firstly, at MANY have complained, why is this a left-handed phone? The S-pen is on the wrong side for 90% of ALL users! And here's a truly huge screwup ... NO ability to use a SD card! So the memory is extremely limited even after buying the most expensive model. What were thinking??? Why cripple the memory? If you travel & shoot 4K video, you'll run out of room really quick. That means you are then REQUIRED to bring a laptop to clear the tiny internal memory. Such a ridiculous mistake. Samsung took the phone that had the highest loyalty rates and deliberately killed some the things that are the most important.
Why would the do that? Clearly, they aren't listening to the people that buy the newest "Note" phone. Even changing the name was another example of not caring or listening to it's customer base. At CES inside the Samsung booth, I heard a constant stream of complaints from those very people who hated the left-handed design & lack of memory ... those people repeatedly told them that they wouldn't upgrade has a result. Samsung can't understand why sales are dropping for each new "Note" ... how about actually giving people what they want?????
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can overcome language barriers with Live Translate, capture more details in low light with Nightography Zoom, and search more efficiently using Circle to Search with Google. The S24 Ultra's camera has undergone significant improvements, including a 200MP main camera lens (compared to 12MP on the Note20), 4x optical-level zoom options (compared to 1x), and improved Space Zoom that magnifies images up to 100x (compared to 30x). I upgraded from the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. That phone was great, but it was time for a change. It's noticeably faster, and with four times as much storage (from 128GB to 512GB), it was hard to pass up. I still wish there was an option to add an SD card, but that's just me being nitpicky. The pen is also something I didn't want to give up as it's useful for working with documents and taking quick notes without even having to sign into the device for those random on the fly ideas.

Good phone. I'd prefer the note series, but since it does have the stylus, usb c, and capable of wireless charging, it is a good phone. I had the z flip 3 5G but it was a bit small for my taste. I do miss the expandable memory but I don't think that's coming back anytime soon.
