For as much as this phone costs, I am not very impressed with the sound. It is noticeably tinny compared to S21 5G and S23 5G models I have previously owned. I've turned on dolby atmos and adjusted the equalizer, but it's still not as good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reaching out to us, Jel99.We understand that you are experiencing low volume with your S24 Ultra. Please remember that Samsung provides a 12-month manufacturer defect warranty through Samsung Care. We see that you have already attempted to address this using your Equalizer. The next step we suggest is to ensure that your device has the latest software update. Additionally, disconnect any accessories from the USB C headphone jack and remove any cases that may be obstructing the speakers. If the sound remains low, please check if there is any debris inside the speaker holes. I will provide a link with additional troubleshooting options. If this persists after troubleshooting, please reach out to Samsung Support for further assistance. -Kelvin samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-to-do-if-the-sound-on-your-galaxy-smartphone-is-not-working-properly/ smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/Twitter-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community
