As a first-time official Smartphone purchaser, I love this phone! I got the Titanium Violet. Was already an Android user so this was easy to figure out for me. It's weighty and slightly wider and taller than my the Tracfone I've used for several years. I didn't foresee myself using the pen, but it is actually very cool and useful. Still exploring the various features. I'm not sure what some of the reviews about the colors being muted or not very vibrant on this phone. I don't have that issue. Everything about this phone so far is stellar. The volume is loud and clear - I frequently use the speaker phone feature. It has a nice Sleep mode feature that can be set so that you aren't disturbed during hours of your choice. Lots of ringtones from which to choose. My one complaint is that it doesn't fit in the cupholder of my car which is where I tend to keep it. It's too big. Also, I thought the violet color of the phone itself would be more purple, but it almost looks black or dark gray in certain lighting conditions. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase and the speed in which the product arrived at my door from Samsung.

My hands are huge and even i find the display of the phone a bit big and tedious to hold sometimes. If i could make any recommendations, it would be to make the next ultra that comes out (which i intend on buying) a little smaller without sacrificing anything like screen/display quality but other than that i have nothing bad to say about this phone/series.

I got it today. Whatever issue there was with the display colors is gone! The only issue I got was during the smartswitch process, the phone got exceptionally hot, but once that finished, it went back to normal. It's gorgeous. The picture quality is definitely better than my note 20 ultra. So far, I'm pretty happy with my purchase, but will update if any problems arise.
