The whole purchasing process and trade in process were very smooth. I had no issues with my experience and would definitely recommend the trade in service!
This phone has everything needed for me. I am visually impaired and I have only used the note series until the s series continued with the note features. I love this phone and I haven't dropped one yet
I did not like the fact that it is NOT Dual SIM for physical sim, that is the worst news so I am really not happy with this
