Software updates are like oil changes and tune-ups for your phone - they keep things running smoothly. They also help improve the user interface, enhance security, and remove minor bugs. We recommend updating the software whenever a new version is available so you can make sure your device stays in tip-top shape. After updating to the latest software, make sure to turn off Adaptive color tone. You can do this by: • Settings > Display > Adaptive color tone or • Quick panel > Brightness bar > More options > Adaptive color tone. After turning off adaptive color tone, you will be able to adjust the color setting to tune the display to your liking. Also, be sure to turn off Eye Comfort Shield. Freezing issues

I bought this phone about 2 months ago. It freezes up on the home screen often to where I have to turn my phone off to unfreeze it. The camera flashes a lot. The screen is grainy. I upgraded from the note 10 plus. I think I miss my old phone.

There us some apps that I use to have on my s23 ultra. That the s24 ultra don't open. I show now they ate incompatible with this phone. That's why I give 4 stars,also the email runing all the time on the background.

So Far the phone is performing as Advertise. If you want to use photos by taking items out the way or delete them all completely from the photo. You will to have to practice a lot, but it does work Not that easy. I do have a small glitch having to double. Click screen to open am.
