I upgraded from an S21 ultra because my S21 collected water inside its camera lenses after less than 3 years. Also it charged slowly thinking I am using a non Samsung charger which is not true. At the moment, I love my S24 ultra. But I am disappointed at Samsung. I think they forced me to upgrade by having my S21 ultra charge slowly. I expected more from Samsung.

I love this phone the resolution, the performance, and how you can play with the camera to get the best picture.. However I feel that S23 ultra takes the best picture ever..

It's an excellent team, I just don't see the big difference between the S23 Ultra and the S24 Ultra, I'm a loyal customer of the brand and therefore I always hope for the best of Samsung.
