My Galaxy phone has been one of my best investment

It's great to work on and always has a great picture sound on videos!! I will forever buy a Samsung Galaxy phone.

Love for my Galaxy S24 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my S24 Ultra. ultra being the new note series. The stylus is great to circle items on the screen the using Galaxy ai to search the web to find more information about the item you've circled. Extremely easy.
Also love the camera. The zoom is unbelievably stable and clear.

Ultra Performance for an Average Guy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Samsung S24 Ultra for going on a year now and I cannot truly describe accurately how much I love this phone. It has a huge screen that's great for streaming videos and shoes (which i do exorbitantly) and the screen quality is top notch! I actually prefer to watch content on my phone than my own TV for that reason! I only do slight gaming but that is a breeze to this phone. The battery is also terrific! I've never had to worry about whether I'd make it through a full day before charging my phone (except when I've forgotten to charge it the day before that is!) My one critique would be that since the One UI 7 update, my phone would get quite hot, but you just have to clear the Cache Partition and it'll work like brand new! Get the Samsung S24 Ultra if you can! It's the Ultra Samsung experience for your average Phone User.

This phone is awesome. It is so durable. I have a case on mine and I've never broken the screen when dropped unlike other phones I have had. The software on it is great I have not had any problems with it.

Galaxy AI features are easy to learn to use for pictures and etc. Thought it would be difficult to learn to use but no it was easy. Wouldn't change this phone for anything.

This S24 Ultra is great but it has its flaws.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone less than a year ago and it has been nothing but the best. The Galaxy AI that was added was a nice touch and has been a loads of help when I can't touch my screen. It's lightning fast and perfect for my needs but there has been a few issues I've had with it. My first issue is to do with the protective layer on the screen. The screen oleophobic layer that is supposed to be scratch resistant, anti reflective glare, and smudge resistant has faded away within two months of ownership. I've seen many with the film still intact but many more with it gone being full of small scratches and smudges. My second issues is that this phone was ment to be durable, but my back glass has broken and damage has been done to the internals of the phone from a small fall even with a good phone case. My third and final issue is the phone bugging out when the battery dies. Whenever it dies there's a 50/50 chance when I plug it in it displays an error telling me the charger cable is wet and won't charge unless I connect a 15w charger then will happily charge using the original 35w charger. Even with all theses problems it still an amazing phone that has served me well for the last year or so.
