[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase was a no-brainer from the start. As soon as it was announced I knew I had to have it. I went for the Samsung-exclusive orange colour and it was better in the flesh, also the bonus trade and early bird offers and my trade-in meant that I had money to take up the Samsung Care Plus program giving me peace of mind. The phone itself is fast and takes great photos what more could someone ask for? Oh, I almost forgot to mention that it also came with four Smart tags and a Battery Pack. Bonus

To expensive to have so many issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my galaxy s24 ultra five months ago. I hot the ultra because has more cameras and I thought it will take better pictures. Does it? No, it doesn't.
Problem number 2. It keeps popping up pages from Google and other ones all the time! I'm driving and I have the GPS and suddenly something else pops out and I can't see the map. And as we are on GPS subject, problem number 3: the GPS gets stuck and I can't type or go back the page. In order to get out I have to restart my phone. Not an easy thing to do while you driving. I'm very disappointed! I've always been a samsung customer and I used to love it but this one is not worth the money.

If you're facing challenges with apps freezing or crashing, even after updates, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem. These include clearing the app cache, checking the app's compatibility with your device, rebooting your device, optimizing your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and checking for additional updates.
