+vs-
- start with 128gb (even note10 have 256gb for start)
- weight (become more and more heavier )
- poor dex mode (slow. uncomfortable. demand extra subscription for programs (if you already have one on the phone, it doesn't work on dex))
+/- camera improvement ( not so good as can be )
- no screen protector in complect (compares to s21ultra)
- cameras have less protection (vs s21ultra)
+ less heat ( vs s21ultra ) especially when you use camera
+ stylus (better vs last gen) and still have slot inside the phone.
other almost the same as s21ultra.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice phone and easy data transfer. Biggest disappoints are I feel like I stepped back a bit for lack of personalisation. . NO option for photos on text wallpaper, missing all my old sms notification sounds...ALL OF THEM. boring clock options. Oh well. They got ya

No adapter or headphones

It's ridiculous why it doesn't come with adapter for charging and there is no headphones too. You have to buy them separately but the phone costs almost the price of laptop or more.

Samsung believes the removal of earphones and charger plugs from our in-box device packaging can help address the growing e-waste problem and unnecessary duplication of these items. Existing Galaxy users are encouraged to continue using their current earphones and charging plug, while new users will need to purchase this separately. Good phone but HORRIBLE BATTERY LIFE

I really wanted to love this phone and keep it, but just couldn't stand the poor battery life. Lasted only half a day and took too long to charge even with a 30W fast charger. Hardly could I survive a whole day of normal usage with this phone. Its obviously a downgrade from the S21 Ultra

SPEAKERS SUCK

Speakers suck compare to the S21 Ultra. It overheats on video calls. Battery does not last as long as the S21 Ultra. Would not recommend.

Lost a customer

I have been a loyal Samsung fan for years. But this will be the last Samsung I buy. I have no problems with the phone itself, but rather with the software. They made a deal with google and removed the video calling software. Now if you want to make a video call, you have to use google dou. I am not a dou user, I am not interested in using dou, and no one I know uses dou. Many people do not like how google insinuates itself into our lives, now Samsung made a deal with them, to force us to allow even further into our lives, without even ginving the option to opt out, and use to the old video calling software. Samsung, you have lost my respect and my loyalty. I will avoid samsung products in the future, not just phones, but all samsung products.

Doesn't work with Android Auto

Doesn't work with Android Auto. This seems to be a widespread issue. Also, the phone feels like a lead brick in comparison to the Note 10+ I switched from.
