SAMSUNG NEEDS TO THINK IT THROUGH

The curved screen is TERRIBLE! It does not work well with the S pen. Screen protectors do not adhere well either. The flat screen phones are soooo much better. The S pen feature is a must have for my phone. I will never buy a phone with a curved screen again! I have been using Samsung phones since the original note and I love them, But a curved screen and the S pen are not a good combination. I will wait until they come out with the flat screen and built in S pen before I upgrade.

Phone only lasted 45 days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a Galaxy Note 20 ultra this phone is slower when turning on and opening apps. The camera quality also is not the same. I bought the phone about 45 days ago and was listening to music on Spotify and it shorted out and never came back on. Verizon tested it and said it was defective and replaced it with a reconditioned phone instead of a new one. I was not happy about that considering I had just bought it. I hope they bring back the Note phones and will definitely switch back.

Lets first start with the phone itself it is not red no matter what samsung says it is closer to orange. Secondly the phone is slow I mean ridiculously slow so slow I am not using it till samsung sends a patch update and stop throttle the phone and apps overall I was hype for this phone but I am very much disappointed with the phone and may return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My wife she is a Samsung fan, got this Samsung 22 ultra preordered. Device had issue of getting really hot while using. We kind of ignored even though with issue of battery explosion in middle note models. But Samsung curved screens are really fragile. My device was in cover and it never dropped but still got screen cracked near the edge. Wouldn’t be disappointed if I had dropped it, Samsung has to work on their screen to be tough. This gorrilla glass doesn’t seems to work here.

The phone is great except for one very important issue Bluetooth ,the bluetooth is very unstable you have to uninstall then reinstall every time you try to use bluetooth esp incyour car, where hands free is mandatory. THERE ARE SEVERAL issues all over the net about this , but Samsung has turned a blind eye to it. If Samsung would address this tge s22 ultra would be the very best.

Used for a few weeks since trading in my ultra 21. Camera screen are awesome and feels great however it just feels nowhere near as polished as the 21. The 21 was smoother less buggy and battery life was superior than the 22. The S pen is nice to have again as a long time note user but prefer the less boxey feel of the 21 as opposed to the 22. Overall is a great phone there are just differences even in apps that should not be compared to the exact same software as the 21. Google messages for instance appears halfway down the screen on the 22 yet the 21 it was full screen. Gestures like back and home were pretty flawless on the 21 yet I get hiccups on the 22. Great phone and for the trade in value was worth it but definitely needs some work. If you are coming from a 21 ultra be prepared to adjust

Terrible, expensive, no charger, freezes and more

I had it for 1 month. Trade in mu note 20 ultra worst thing ive done, the phone freezes,its slow,battery drains to fast even on 4g, camera sucks,overall terrible. BRING BACK THE NOTE!!!!

Bought red, looks orange so i bought, recieved a salmon pink/peach color. Please make the color name accurate and please please please make a sunset orange color. True to color. Its called agalaxy give us a sunset orange color option, or a nebula color thats splashed with different galaxy colors or something super unique to match the amazing phone and features. By far best screen, performance and features on the market. Make the colors make a statement with the gorgeous design and features. Please
