Like the phone, but..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a zfold 2 for 4 years without a problem but I could tell that after heavy use it was time to replace my older phone. I switched to the zfold 6 and felt and looked the same as my phone from 4 years ago but with some Galaxy AI software updates. About 90 days later the pixels and lines in my screen showed up, so Samsung sent me to a phone repair store which was not happy to have me thus making me feel uncomfortable. The repair store said I need a new screen and it could be weeks or months for me to get another screen as 351 screens were already backordered. I said if it is easier for them I would be happy to accept any available color and the gentleman happily smiled saying he was charging me full price for a defective phone. I politely replied why do you want to do that to me since you already know I am not picky with the color. He told me to come back in a couple weeks to renew my backordered part. So thus I still wait trying to get my new defective phone fixed someday 😒

This product amazes me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got this device I was skeptical. but this device is the best device out there. The AI features are amazing. Not to mention the foldable feature is nice for playing games or watching movies. The camera is just a good as the s24 ultra. In my opinion I would choose the foldable over the s24 ultra.
