I bought this for my wife...she seems to like it a lot, except for the fact that there is no headphone jack and no way to put an SD card in it. Those are features that we really used lot on previous phones.

Don't waste your money. The 4 was better.

If you have a fold 4 or 5 keep it. The phone isn't any better than those 2. Id even go as far as to say it's worse. I've had the phone for 3 months and the inside screen is going bad already. The apps are always crashing. And to top it off. To get anything done about it. I have to send them the phone for 5 days without a phone. I work from this phone. So no phone no work. And I have to do a data transfer.. how are you supposed to do that. If they keep your phone and send you a new one. When they come to the same conclusion as they will. It's a BAD PHONE!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To optimize your devices functionality, you can perform a software update by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install, which can help resolve app crashing. Also, be sure to make sure that your apps are up to date as well. Regarding your thoughts on repairs, we want to highlight our Z Assurance program. If you purchased your Galaxy Z Fold6 or Galaxy Z Flip6 from an authorized distributor in the U.S. before July 31, 2024, you are eligible for a one-time discounted repair for the interior folding screen. To qualify, you’ll need to register your device with a Samsung account. Please note that this offer applies only to the interior folding screen and not to other parts, such as the front screen or back glass. You can access the repair service through our support page by selecting ‘Start a Repair’ and following the instructions for either walk-in or mail-in service. If additional damages are found, those will be assessed separately, and costs may apply if deemed out of warranty. We value your feedback and are committed to ensuring your experience with our devices is positive. Most people ask about the fold line. When the screen is off, the fold line is evident, but when I show them a video you struggle to see it.
This device also takes excellent pictures.
