I bought this phone and I didn't drop the device and upon opening the phone I see a colorful small dot on the screen and I honestly don't know where it came from. Also, I love taking pictures and I'm really upset about the camera quality of this phone. It's horrible. I can't get any good pictures. Coming from a Ultra 22, the camera quality was amazing. No problems, I was hoping for the same consistency with this phone. I like the phone don't get me wrong. I just really hate the camera. I'm unsure if I'm going to keep this phone because I need to take pics and I have to go through a lot to get a good Pic out this phone.

First, regarding the colorful dot on your screen, physical damage can sometimes appear as ink spots or bleeding pixels. My phone doesn't keep power for even 12hrs. When it immediately got to me that was the only time it charged to 100% but all times 80% and that's it.
