Do not buy a phone that fold. My z-fold 4 hinge got wonky exactly two and half year later--long enough to outlive the warranty. online description durability at least 200k folds or 10years of approximate use. Now there's an ugly black line running down the screen along the hinge then all screen is out. And Samsung's cost for repair? The price of the phone. It doesn’t matter that I treated this phone like royalty with full screen protectors, fold phones have a timer on how many times you can open it. It's like a pre-set lifespan, and there’s nothing you can do about it.

To support our valued customers, we also offer the Samsung Z Assurance program, which includes a one-time discounted repair for the interior folding screen of devices purchased in the U.S. from authorized distributors before July 31, 2024. If you haven’t already, make sure to register your device with a Samsung account to take full advantage of this program. From there, you can select ‘Start a Repair’ and choose between walk-in or mail-in service. UI7 is trash

Great phone until UI7 Update. I can't express how much I hate this "update" and Samsung for pushing it.... Previous UI was good, and a reason why I bought the phone.
Now apps are doing weird things, battery life decreased (never used routines), phone is hotter than ever, widgets don't fill their limited space, sounds are not crisp, there's limited customization, and pretty much everything that is outside of an app seems like trash- unfinished and not thought out.
