Smells like chemicals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It did an ok job. It smells heavily like chemicals when it was heating up which made me nervous. I think I left them in too long because the waffles were a little burnt. It’s not horrible but not the best.

Tasty waffles in a quick/compact appliance 🧇

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll be honest, my first impressions weren’t amazing. The packaging could definitely use a little sprucing up. There wasn’t a clear brand name visible, and the instruction felt a bit scattered with a few spelling errors. Not the most confidence inspiring start 🙄 But… the performance totally redeemed it! My first test run was with a whole grain, all natural pancake mix and the results were just OK. Nothing special. Then I switched to a basic buttermilk pancake mix and Wow! Suddenly it was like having Eggos at home! 🧇 Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The instructions were actually spot on about cooking - wait until the steam stops before opening. That ended up being about 4 minutes and it made a big difference in getting the perfect texture. It was super easy to use. Makes two waffles at a time. Compact size great for small kitchens, apartments or dorms. And while it can be stored upright, I wouldn’t recommend it. If there’s any leftover oil on the plates it tends to seep out and can make a mess on your counter. Despite the rough start, this waffle maker actually delivers where it counts. It’s simple, effective, and a great little appliance for smaller spaces or as a practical gift!

Hard to clean but does its job I supose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So unfortunately I didnt enjoy this product as much as I thought I would. It had uneven cooking. One side of a waffle was way more cooked than the other. The waffle maker wasn't very deep at all so you can't put too much batter into it or it will leak out which is what happened to me. Cleaning it is kind of a nightmare because when it does leak it goes to the back all over the coil, chord storage, and bottom. I wish it had some sort of overfill spot to the sides so it would be easier to clean if overfilling happened. I do like how light weight it is and easy to store. I also liked that it cooked pretty quick but I do wish the waffle could be thicker. You can store it horizontally or vertically which is good. There is nothing that really sets it apart from other brands.
