[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m truly amazed with how easy this machine is to use! The blades are sharp and they glide so smoothly. We tried with carrots, banana, and meat. The versatility is amazing and so gentle with the veggies/fruit. Super easy to rinse clean.

Cuts clean, saves time, and makes prep easy

It cuts clean and evenly, which is a big upgrade from using a knife, where it would normally take me quite a bit of time. The instructions recommend only cutting what you use since uncut portions retain more flavor, but i went ahead and cut everything, and it turned out great. It did make quite a bit of mess with small pieces falling, but that may have been due to how dry the turkey was. Cleaning was not too bad, either. Overall, it is really convenient and saves a lot of time.
