APC BG1050G Perfect for work from home office

Since moving out to the country and primarily working from home I decided to replace my reliable APC surge protector with a new BG1050G UPS to protect from any power outages. It was super easy to setup and the instructions were concise. I like the addition of the USB C port for my power-hungry USB devices. I currently have it setup on the floor, but I plan to explore an option of mounting it under my desk.

The website lists this product as being compatible with the PC application. THIS PRODUCT HAS NO USB DATA PORT AND CANNOT BE CONNECTED TO A PC.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sure this is a great product for plugging in your items when your electricity goes out but it's not worth this warning. I'm pregnant but I can't believe that a company would make a product that knowingly causes harm to people especially those that are pregnant.

“Power Box” for Electronics You Never Know You Nee
