I recently picked up two 12TB Western Digital hard drives and paired them with Ugreen external enclosures. At first, I ran into a small hiccup—one of the drives wouldn’t format when installed in one of the enclosures. After swapping things around and successfully formatting both drives, everything started working flawlessly.
Now that setup is complete, both the drives and enclosures are performing exactly as expected—quiet, fast, and reliable. I’m very happy with the combination overall and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for large-capacity external storage.
