Used this product for many years as legal assistant, no problems at all except for a paper cut now and then on the fasteners when I get in too big of a hurry. Files are handled ALOT daily with a bulk of documentation in each one and I've not had any issues, yes, they are pricey, but what isn't these days? I never give the top rating, there is always room for improvement on ANY product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
