[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was a teenager I was told that Arm&Hammer Baking Soda & a little bit of water mixed together to form a paste is one of the most important items to know how to make & use. Anywhere you have rough, flaky or itchy dead skin you use it like any body or face scrub & your skin feels brand new again. From teenage years to now age 51, it's the one thing I've done weekly & stuck with it. And it works great for removing shampoo & conditioner build up! I love my Arm&Hammer

One of my favorite things to do is use it as a face scrub I just make a paste of baking soda and water and rub it in circular motions on my face and rinse it off . It makes your skin so soft and not dried out feeling .
