ruined clothes

blues stains all over light colored clothing - third time this happened finally realized it was the pods damaging my clothes - HORRIBLE

We want our laundry pacs to be convenient and worry-free, Nancilynn. We're very sorry to hear that you had this experience and we want to offer some tips to help restore your clothing. The staining should not be permanent since the dyes in our detergents dissolve in water. Any staining can be resolved by rewashing your items in the hottest water temperature safe for the fabric with detergent. Placement of our laundry pacs is key to avoid any issues. We always recommend adding the laundry pac to the washing machine drum prior to adding your laundry. We'd still like to learn more and offer further assistance if needed. NON DISSOLVING UNACCEPTABLE

pods don't fully dissolve & if u don't catch it before u put it in dryer it will either stick 2 ur clothes and cause a stain or sick to the inside of your dryer.

We always want our PODS™ to be convenient and efficient, and we’re sorry that wasn’t the case. Our detergents are water soluble, and the residue can be removed by soaking the garments in the hottest water safe for the fabric, for at least an hour, and then rewashing without detergent. Melted Pod Mess

Pods melted into the fabric of my clothes too many times!

Messy when burst in packaging

LOVE the idea, but out of 5 packages I've bought, 3 have had bursted pods in them, making for all the rest of pods to be slimey and sticky

Did Not Dissolve Fully!

Had a couple of instances where the casing of the Pod didn't dissolve fully. The result was a slimy square patch that clung to an item of clothing after the cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unfortunately the PODS did not dissolve over two consecutive washes leaving the film coating and large spot of cleaner on my shirt and then on my sweater. I had to scrub them by hand then rewash.

in 10 yr. old LG FL, now found melted pcs. on washed/dried clothes in brand new LG FL. Clothes are damaged; returning to liq. once pods end. (12/2017)
