Does not dissolve

The pods do not dissolve unless you let them sit for 20+ minutes in water before adding clothes

I love the convenience of them, always using one before clothes are added, but now they don't dissolve and leave a gummy residue on my clothes. Never had an issue before my restock.

Sticky stuff on clothes

This keeps leaving residue from the pods on my shirts. Used directly in drum as the instructions say, in our LG front loader with cold (not tap) water. Our city water is great quality too

The pods do not melt even when using hot water. They have stained my sheets, clothes and towels.

Oh no! Try soaking the garments in the hottest water safe for the fabrics for at least an hour. This will help dissolve the residue and stains that were left behind and you can then rewash as normal. disappointed! the pods did not dissolve and one was stuck on my blouse and it melted in the dryer. They say you get what you pay for, in this case i did not.
