I am very pleased with this product. I have common short term electrical outages and this equipment has helped protect my home theater system. The only recommendation I have for the future is to provide options for deactivating the alarm. You can turn it off, but I would like it if I can just configure it so that it doesn't activate on the first place. Otherwise, a great product.

After a power outage took out our gaming system, we did extensive research and ended up buying two of these to protect our plasma tv (along with everything that we use with it) and our computer system. Now I have piece of mind when the power goes out. THANK YOU!

Have had unit installed for about 18 Months. It has performed seamlessly during multiple power outs. Had a problem with the Power Console not displaying data. Called Tech Support, got promptly to a software specialist ("Kyle") who very efficiently and courteously talked me through reset. Excellent customer service and excellent product.

All features and extras needed for a Home Theater

This product has saved my Home Theater equipment on at least two occasions. We had severe thunder storms that took out a TV power supply and a computer (This equipment was not protected by the Tripp-Lite Smart1000LCD Digital UPS). I will however install two more to protect all TV's and computer equipment. The foot print is very miminal but the protection is humungus.

We have been using the SMART1000LCD on a small server for almost two years now. On the occasion that the power goes out, the UPS immediately kicked in and we didn't have any downtime. If the power continued to be out, it was great to have the ability to take the computer through a 'graceful' shut down. I would highly recommend this product and also really like the LCD feature that constantly shows the voltage being supplied to the unit. That's also a great feature! We love this little UPS!

I brought 2 of these UPS. One for my music equipment (VCR, LCD TV, Reciever, Ect.) and the other for my desktop computer. They have been working excellent and I rely on them since I get a lot of power outages in my area. Features likes the alams y voltage display are for me the best features.
