Smartpro saves month end close for clinics!

I purchased this Smartpro LCD for our home office. My wife works from home supporting Oncology clinics across the US and has to have reliable power to do month end close each month as well as everyday. One day last month the month end was running and her laptop battery was dieing so she plugged in in than we lost power well luckily the Smartpro was charged up and allowed her to finish the process and not miss a beat and no one was aware that a potential disaster was avoided thanks to the Smart pro unit. I would purchase Trpp-Lite products again and again. I have always trusted them and this proves it.

My last Smartpro 1000v

My last Smartpro 1000v gave it self up to a power surge. Unfortunately it was out of warranty but, I liked this item so much .I purchased another one . I Couldn't be more.confident about their products.

I now have 3 Tripp-Lite Uninterruptible Power Supplys. The latest being a SMART1000LCD SmartPro LCD 120V, 1000VA/500W. For this latest unit (which was to replace another brand's unit,I researched several other brands and selected this one based on reviews, my prior experence with the other 2 units, the size, and its ability to be upright or on its side. I bought this unit about 5 weeks ago and it has already performed reliably through a 2-hr power outage, and several 1-2 second glitches (as has the others). The downside is that the Tripp-Lite website is/was not so good and I am hoping they have improved it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Smart1000LCD is nice product. Originally purchased it in 2005, the battery has since worn out but still functions nicely as a surge protector.

i use this to power my dvr security system and infra red cameras as i have a drunken neighbor who was vandalizing my property. he has now gone. he actually told me when the thunderstorms knock the power out he knows my cameras dont work. so i bought a tripp-lite. and low and behold a thunderstorm came by and he came over and got charged with disorderly conduct. he is now gone. and this is a good product. now i watch the owls at night. no more nasty neighbor. thanks tripp-lite. i also have a older omni 450 lan. to back up my pc. carl
