Received this item on time and in excellent condition. I use this UPS to provide primary protection and support in the event of power line related issues, especially to filter out any surges or spikes in the electrical system. This is the third one of these that I have had, and use for pc and related device protection. Even though it comes with input and output ports for protecting a cable modem, I do not need or use those, as my service provider uses fiber optic cable. But I do use the telephone ports to protect the phone line. This item is well built, robust and flexible, in that you can rotate the blue display to either use the item standing up, or lying down. There are enough outlets on the rear of the device to plug additional items to protect should it be necessary.

I have it only about a month and my only concern about this product is the LED screen. It glows to much, so i need to put something over it during the night to cover its blue light. I wonder how much energy this LED screen consumes?

This UPS Backup is at the heart of my recording studio. It is the power interface for my main studio PC, backup drives, and all the peripherals. It was a breeze to set up. This was a replacement for my second failed unit from a mass market UPS Backup company. As I'm already using a TRIPP LITE conditioner as part of my touring bassist rig, and another to monitor power for my audio interfaces and monitor systems, I am a TRIPP LITE customer for life.

My Triplite product failed due to battery being dead. When I contacted the service area, I was helped determine the cause my unit did not perform and the battery was in warranty so a new one was quickly shipped to me! I was very pleased and now fully protected!
