it's a great product if not used with amplifiars.Probably because amps easily reach 6,7 ampers for a very short time and this unit can not deliver it what could damage the all conected devices - with other units just great.There is a slight issue with contacts here - if not cleaned with contact spray for a longer time,the sound my be affected

Great product, well packaged. I've not used Tripplite before, but have found the product to be feature rich already. The self test function is brilliant, and the inclusion of the rack mount "ears" for free in the box is very useful. I was looking for a RackMount UPS which was not a full rack depth - this product has met and exceeded all my requirements and expectations.
I would recommend this to a friend!

worked for just under 3 years in a cinema projector rack and the died. Not happy.

I used this device half year without problem.Then I conected a tube amp (300 w power consuption and UPS is 900).First was working fine but then I noticed that all my equipement change the sound.Brought all to service and in every device they found damaged diodes in power supply.I tought is because of amp and sold it.Bought new,again tube amp.Working fine for some time then again the same disaster occured -again all diodes were damaged (some kind of spike).Again I tought is amp and sold it.Bought again tube amp and again the same story.Then I took aout this UPS and bought just power condicioner.From that moment everything is working fine already 6 months
