I have purchased numerous SmartPro devices for our company and all are bullet proof. I would recommend buy for any satellite switches, or devices that require a 99.999 % uptime.
Pros: Easy To Install, Fast, Quiet, Reliable

This UPS has helped eliminate constant sercer downtime due to power outages. It was a breeze to set hp and well worth the install to have a downtime free couple of months.

It does provde a good backup power option in a 2u space. That said the transformers can have noise as there seems to be an issue with the insulation. Doesnt affect operation but sounds like a spark jumping an airgap and is annoying in quiet environments.

The LCD Screen and 2U size of this 2.2kVA unit are wonderful. Couldn't find a better power device for the cost.

Very easy to setup. Super easy to rack and configure. With the addition of the snmpwebcard setting up my power management was a no brainer. Hardware support is great as well. Had a small issue with my snmpwebcard upon arrival. One support call later and it was back up and running.
