I ordered a replacement 1500 VA unit almost one month ago. The order is still open and support is predicting another month. If I did not have a substantial investment in replacement batteries I would be heading to another manufacturer. I would give zero stars if that were possible.
Cons: Part Failure, Lacking Vendor Support

Deployed three of these in a Datacenter Environment where additional AC lines could not be run.
Great Lan/Wan connectivity, though the SmartConnect Software could be a bit more user friendly.

Installed 3 in a factory environment under stress. Sized it correctly and it works wonderfully.
Pros: Ease of Management, Good Value, High Quality, High Confidence Level in 24/7 Uptime

I have bought two of these for a client in the food processing industry to run some motors for 15 minutes until they could complete shutdown.
Very robust and quality made - heavy duty. Great!
