The quality of the sound is great and the battery life is good. These are tje best ear buds I have purchased.

First, perform a voice recording using your Galaxy Buds to see if you can hear anything. If you can't hear anything, a good starting point is to restart your earbuds. If that doesn't work, you can reset them. To do this, open the Galaxy Wearable app, go to Earbuds settings, and select Reset. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the factory reset process.
