Usually we have a spare battery on premises, but due to some administrative changes the property count was overlooked and when the low battery warning was sounded we were without a replacement. Once it was ordered it took several days for the replacement battery to arrive, which left us in a precarious position, but the problem has been solved now and we thank your company for saving the day.

Although finding the appropriate replacement cartridge wasn't as straightforward as it might be, once the product was ordered, the delivery proceeded like clockwork with lots of progress notifications. I was pleasantly surprised when I installed the battery only to find that it was already mostly charged.

Extend The Life Of Your Smart-UPS Unit

Replacing the battery on our customer's existing Smart-UPS unit was much more cost-effective than purchasing a whole new backup unit -plus the added bonus of less waste in the end. Looks like they got about 5 years on the original battery - well worth the purchase of this RBC if they can get close to that amount of life out of this one.

My battery was 9 years and 9 months old and died. The issue I had was getting it out of the unit. Took my husband 2 hours to extract it! It looked a little swollen and I suspect that is the reason we had such difficulty with it.
