Horrible, how do you charge this?

Not a promotional review, this is an honest purchase: this battery comes charged, but with no charger. None of the connections are designed for the twenty chargers and cables we own. Belkin is saving money, but the design is horrible if a regular person can’t figure out how to add electrons to this thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Storage Capacity Degradation

Charge storage capacity has rapidly degraded to almost nothing, despite full charge indication via LED status lights.
Attempting to claim warranty
Step one: find the serial number. Bought 08/24.
Somehow serial number is missing and yet all of the other print looks completely intact.

The section where the serial goes appears as though no serial number was ever there to begin with .
I am now submitting this information to Belkin support. I will let everyone know how it goes.
