I am having issues with my Chefman espresso machine

I’m experiencing an issue with my Chefman espresso machine. When I press either the single-shot or double-shot brew button, the machine produces little to no water. I have ensured the water tank is full and properly installed, but the problem persists. The machine powers on and attempts to brew, but only a very small amount of water comes out, making it unusable.
I have followed the recommended troubleshooting steps, but the issue has not been resolved. I would like to request warranty assistance to repair or replace the machine.

Was Hoping for Better Quality

Looks very nice, but our portafilter came cracked. This is very disappointing because we were hoping we were getting a “top of the line”, quality machine.
