Terrible, I’m so sad as I was looking forward to it.

Water does not come out of the brew head for the life of me. Only the steam wand. The water level in the reservoir doesn't go down at all during a brew cycle, despite hearing the pump buzz, the pump is not actually drawing water from the tank. The tank valve works, the pump runs, the brew head stays dry. Observed water COLLECTING and POOLING at the tank connection. Water only comes out of the steam wand, not the brew head. Which is the whole point :(

I didn't receive the cleaning tools in my box.. Can you please mail them?
Was easy to assemble and good instructions. All other parts are there.
Looks like a nice piece of equipment, but I haven’t used it yet.

Coffee is so much better with fresh ground beans. It was so smooth and fresh. Best cup of hot coffee ever. Can’t wait to learn more about my Chefman Crema Deluxe Expresso machine.
