Just on looks, the unit is impressive. I followed all of the setup instructions, and I was up an running. The machine has functioned beautifully. It's taking time to perfect the intricacies of brewing a nice espresso and latte, but this has nothing to do with the performance of the machine. I definitely recommend!!
