Was Hoping for Better Quality

Looks very nice, but our portafilter came cracked. This is very disappointing because we were hoping we were getting a “top of the line”, quality machine.

Works great once we figured it out. Used about 2 weeks and has overheated today. Not good. Seems to be a problem that needs addressed. We only make 2 to 3 doubles a day.

Large water container, seems to not always have pressure but could be us being new to the operation. When pressure is constant the coffee is not bitter. Like the steam wand.!
